Our AlbusFarm solution automates coffee factory management services that includes cherry and mbuni collection and entries using the automatic weighing scale integrated to the system. It provides for transfer of cherries between factories and allows movement of cherries, drying and classification into parchments. The solution has a robust parchment to clean coffee mapping procedure that automates the possible products from a specific parchment type. The system provides for the generation of a milling order by the cooperative society based on the available parchment P1, P2, P3 etc. On milling, the Miller provides the grading and the society then updates the outturn number and various grades (AA, AB etc) milled into the AlbusFarm solution. This facilitates the generation of a coffee sale based on the milling statement provided by the miller. The coffee sale is the basis for the running of the farmers payroll. Integration with the AlbusCoffeeMiller provides a seamless process follow.
